DETAILS: Gather around the fireplace inside the historic Peck House and listen to a story from Mrs. Claus, stay warm outside by the fire in George’s Circle, enjoy Christmas Carolers and ice sculpting in the courtyard, and perhaps meet Santa Claus himself! Food will be available for purchase from The Last Wing.

DETAILS: The merriest and cheeriest of seasons starts with Winter Lights in Aurora! Join the fun as we kick off the holiday season with pop-up holiday shops, Santa & Mrs. Claus, costumed characters, parade, tree-lighting, award presentations and fireworks, Come make Winter Lights a memory-filled family tradition! Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop at Wyckwood House, 14 W. Downer Pl., Suite 16, for photos after the Winter Lights parade. Guests will enter through Tredwell Coffee next door to see the visiting couple from the North Pole at Wyckwood House.
DETAILS: The annual Christmas stroll is held the Friday after Thanksgiving. Many businesses remain open for the event that starts at 6 p.m. and lasts until 8:00 p.m. Be sure to stop by to see some guy in a red suit at the library. This event is also sponsored by the Elburn Chamber of Commerce.

DETAILS: The weekend kicks off tree lighting ceremonies in both East and West Dundee. Stroll downtown to see local merchant's windows "come alive" during Living Windows, a Christmas Parade, Gingerbread House Making, Festival of Trees, Santa's Petting Zoo and, of course, a visit from Santa Claus himself!
DETAILS: Help Cindy Lou Who usher in the holiday season with a Seussian twist on the traditional tree-lighting ceremony, take a Belgian horse-drawn wagon ride, go skating on the faux ice skating rink, watch an ice sculptor, slide down the giant inflatable sled hill, take a ride on the Toyland train and much more – all for free. VIsit Santa at Fox River Academy of Music and Art beginning at 5 p.m. Be in line before 7:45 p.m. to guarantee your visit.
